The climate and ecological crisis can feel overwhelming – and isolating. Many of us find others in our lives don't fully understand the gravity of the issue. And sometimes we don't want to burden people we love with our own challenging feelings about it. This is a safe space to share difficult feelings with like-minded people. It can be very healing to realise you're not alone, and to be able to express fear, sadness and other emotions with others who understand. Most people go away from an eco-grief circle feeling lighter.
